Program Overview
This innovative internship blends small business training with career development in a supportive, real-world environment. Participants gain practical experience in soap-making, customer service, and entrepreneurship while developing essential workplace skills that lead to confidence, independence, and opportunity.
Monthly Session Format
9:30 – 10:30 Soap-Making & Entrepreneurship
10:30 – 10:45 Break & Refreshments
10:45 – 11:45 Workforce & Life Skills Training
What Participants Will Receive
✔ 12 hands-on workshops in a real business setting
✔ Career-readiness training and mock interviews
✔ Skill-building in communication and teamwork
